This privacy policy describes how KD Software spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ("KD Software", "we", "us"), with its registered office at ul. Aleksandra Fredry 2/7, 30-605 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001261286, NIP 6793373732), processes personal data in connection with this website and our applications. We are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect on this website
This website is informational and does not require you to create an account or submit personal data. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information in server logs for the purpose of delivering the site securely and preventing abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to your inquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
